For example, if you usually ask discovery or exploratory questions, go to the Exploration Section of our fact find and take your client through our guided questions.

Fill in what you can in the meeting, hit save and leave the remainder of the fact find for your admin to complete post meeting. This way you can maintain a great client experience and the organic flow of the conversation. How you use Asendium to guide your conversations is tailorable to your process.

Furthermore, at the end of each section, there are Financial Planner and Client Notes if you need to document further information that may be covered in Asendium. You may also use these sections to make ad hoc notes that require further explanation or evaluation at a later date.
