We suggest providing the team member who completes the research within your business with a full access login. Other team members who do not complete research can be provided with a limited access licence that allows them to oversee the data and input client notes into the software.

Yes. Every Asendium user receives an initial 90-minute training session (either in person or online) with one of our team. Training involves completing a client case in Asendium, guided by the Asendium team. Additional training is available upon request.

We have over 40+ demonstration videos accessible via our Help Centre for all customers. These videos provide a step-by-step guide on how to use every aspect of Asendium.

Asendium offers the ability to configure the following:

1. Advice and strategy wording
2. Statement of Advice theming and styling
3. Risks and warning wording
4. Features and benefits wording

Personalisation Timeframe

If you adopt Asendium’s existing Statement of Advice template structure and change only the font, colour and logo, this is turned around in 1-2 weeks. If you would like to change the wording for existing strategies in our system, the average turnaround time is between 4-8 weeks.

If you require template structure changes and new strategies to be added into the Asendium system, this will take longer and is reviewed upon request.

To provide an accurate quote and timeframes, please reach out to discuss.

Change requests to the Asendium system are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. This will be a paid project at your expense.

Asendium is built on the Microsoft Dataverse. All components are hosted in the Australian data centre:

1. Authentication for each component is performed using the Azure Security Framework – via either Azure AD Single Sign-On (SSO) or OAuth2-based authentication.
2. All data is encrypted at rest using 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). Data in transit is served via HTTPS, using TLS encryption.
3. All data is confined to the Microsoft Azure Australian data centres. No data leaves the Australian jurisdiction.
4. The Asendium (Dataverse) user environment is built on the Dataverse security model, combining role-based security for access to functional areas of the system and Business Unit Security.
5. Two factor authentication is supported and configured within Azure Active Directory (where requested).
